“You Look So Good In Love” and “I Know A  Heartache” were on my mind one day, so I went out to Kerry’s place to see if he would tell us a little bit about how those two wonderful songs were written. Click read more to see the video.

Dove Brothers Quartet Brings “A Little Good News”

The only thing you can file this under is unabashed self-promotion. Southern Gospel’s award winning quartet, the Dove Brothers, brings a different meaning to this wonderful copyright. Besides Anne Murray’s Grammy winning version, Anne recorded it with The Indigo Girls for her Duets CD, and BR-549 released it as a single a few years back. Over the years, this song has been preached from more than one pulpit. You can preview this latest version at dovebrothersquartet.com. The mp3 is also available on Amazon or iTunes.

Rory, Tim, & Charlie Sing “Heartache”

We had just finished “Heartache,” a song that Tim was going to record with The Mission Mountain Wood Band, a Montana music legend. I was looking for something I could record for my website…Charlie and Tim graciously obliged me. Charlie Black is a fellow NSAI Hall of Famer and Tim Ryan Rouillier, besides being a hit songwriter, Tim and Phil Vassar wrote Phil’s huge hit “Last Day Of My Life.” Tim is also an outstanding singer, musician, builder, painter, wood sculptor & furniture maker, and a down to earth son of a Montana Rancher.
